Overview
The project in context.
Durbin Consulting Group helps hospitality businesses and beverage brands with decisions that reach beyond a single marketing channel. That breadth is valuable in a client relationship, but difficult to communicate on a website. PixelPrecision connected DCG's services, industry knowledge, client stories, and consultation journey so prospective clients can recognize their own problem and understand where the firm can help.
Our role. The work extended from organizing the offer and building the site to supporting the move from Squarespace to WordPress and planning useful search content. We treated the website as part of how DCG earns trust and starts conversations, with a repeatable publishing structure behind the presentation.
The Challenge
What had to be untangled.
A restaurant operator, a hospitality group, and a beverage supplier may need different kinds of help from the same firm. A flat list of services asks each visitor to translate the offering for themselves. DCG needed to show where its expertise fits, explain how the work is delivered, and support that explanation with relevant examples. The team also needed a consistent way to maintain those stories as the business evolved.
The Solution
How the pieces connected.
We organized the site around two useful entry points: the help a visitor needs and the industry they operate in. Service pages explain delivery, industry pages establish context, and case studies provide examples before the consultation invitation. Shared content fields and templates keep that structure consistent without rebuilding each page, while the Insights direction creates room to answer the questions prospects ask before they are ready to inquire.
Our Process
The decisions behind the work.
Start with the Buyer's Question
Separate service needs from industry context so a visitor does not need to know DCG's internal terminology to find a relevant starting point.
Explain the Work, Then Show It
Use a consistent delivery narrative and relevant project stories to help prospects evaluate the firm before a consultation.
Build for the Next Conversation
Connect the inquiry path, reusable content structure, and search-content planning so the site can support the relationship beyond its first release.
The Connected Solution
How it works for the business.
An Offer People Can Navigate
Service and industry pathways help different buyers find their own situation in the firm's expertise, instead of leaving them to interpret a long capability list.
