Overview

The project in context.

For Graham + Fisk's, an online sale is connected to much more than a checkout. Customers need to choose the right pack, understand subscription options, and receive relevant follow-up. Behind that experience, the team has to coordinate advertising, shipping requirements, reporting, and wholesale outreach. The engagement treated those responsibilities as one business system.

Our role. PixelPrecision worked across the storefront, marketing, and operational workflows over time. That gave the brand a partner who could follow a problem from the ad or product page into the underlying data and process, then build the fix instead of passing it to another vendor.

The Challenge

What had to be untangled.

More traffic would not solve an unclear buying path or a disconnected follow-up process. The brand needed online sales, subscriptions, alcohol-shipping requirements, and wholesale development to grow together without creating more manual coordination for the team.

The Solution

How the pieces connected.

We connected the work around that customer journey: clearer Shopify product and subscription paths, acquisition campaigns tied to the store, Klaviyo follow-up, compliance workflow support, and shared performance reporting. AI-assisted inside-sales automation extended the same approach to wholesale outreach while keeping people involved.

Our Process

The decisions behind the work.

01

Audit the Growth System

Mapped the storefront, acquisition channels, compliance requirements, customer journey, analytics layer, and internal sales workflows.

02

Improve the Storefront

Refined Shopify templates, subscription paths, product messaging, landing flows, and conversion-critical page sections.

03

Connect Acquisition and Retention

Aligned Google Ads, Meta Ads, Klaviyo, content, and product-feed work around measurable ecommerce outcomes.

04

Automate the Operational Layer

Supported compliance workflows, lead routing, inside-sales automation, and reporting so the system could scale with less manual effort.

05

Measure and Optimize

Used GA4, GTM, Looker Studio, Search Console, campaign data, and ecommerce performance to keep improving the system over time.

The Connected Solution

How it works for the business.

An Easier Purchase Decision

Product pages, pack choices, and landing pages give shoppers the information they need at the point of purchase. Advertising and the store tell the same story.

Advertising Tied to Buying

Google and Meta campaign work connects the promise in the ad with the landing experience and purchase tracking, so optimization can address the whole journey.

Follow-Up Beyond the First Visit

Klaviyo flows give welcome, recovery, and retention messages a repeatable place in the customer journey instead of relying on one-off sends.

Operations Included in the Plan

ShipCompliant workflow support keeps alcohol-shipping requirements part of ecommerce decisions, rather than a problem discovered after the marketing is live.
