Overview
The project in context.
Eleanor + Hobbs brings a curated boutique experience to a large, changing fashion catalog. Selling that assortment online requires more than attractive pages: customers must find relevant products, the store must reflect retail inventory, and advertising needs dependable product information.
Our role. PixelPrecision worked across Shopify, retail integration, product feeds, and Google Ads. That connected responsibility matters when an advertising issue starts in the catalog, or a merchandising decision affects what can be promoted. The work followed the business need across those boundaries.
The Challenge
What had to be untangled.
A changing boutique catalog can create friction at every step: finding the right collection, understanding a designer, keeping inventory aligned, or sending product details to Google. Improving ads alone would leave those dependencies unresolved.
The Solution
How the pieces connected.
We built the Shopify storefront and collection structure, supported Heartland inventory integration, gave vendor information a reusable home, and improved Merchant Center feeds alongside Google Ads. The campaign work could build on the same product foundation customers used in the store.
Our Process
The decisions behind the work.
Plan the Retail System
Mapped how the boutique's products, vendors, collections, inventory, and paid channels needed to connect.
Build Shopify Around the Catalog

Connect Inventory and Product Data
